Is this a medical treatment?
No. Mendovi devices are at-home comfort and recovery devices for warmth, massage and compression. They are not a diagnosis, they do not replace a doctor or a physiotherapist, and we will never tell you to skip either. If your pain is new, sudden, severe or one-sided, please get it looked at properly first.
Will it work for me?
We do not know, and anyone who tells you otherwise on a first visit is guessing. Different bodies, different causes, different results. That uncertainty is exactly why the trial is sixty nights instead of a slogan: you find out at our expense, not yours.
Is it really cordless, or is there a cable in the photo somewhere?
Where a device is cordless we say so and show it untethered, and the battery runtime is on the product page. Where a device needs a pump, a controller or a power lead, that is on the page too, in the specifications, not hidden in the last image of a carousel.
Why is it so much cheaper than the famous recovery brands?

What happens if it breaks or a part goes missing?
Write in with the order number and a photo. Faults, missing parts and anything that arrived not as described are our problem to fix, at our cost, and your legal rights under consumer law apply in full on top of anything we offer.
